I plan to buy a 3-4 rooms HDB by end 2019 with a budget of $350k, preferably near MRT at South West.
1. Any recommendation?
2. what will be the calculation for OA/cash/loan portion?
3. Is this price range achievable?

Hi Tim,

Based on your budget, you could probably get an older HDB 3RM flat in around Ghim Moh area. Nearest MRT station would be Bouna Vista, about 7-10 minutes walk away. I had just helped a Buyer purchased a high floor unit there for only $305k.

    2. size
    3. is it 2 washroom or 1 toilet 1 bathroom type
    4. Any attached master room toilet?
